Reggie Marable is the Chief Customer Officer for the Americas at Sierra, the leading platform for customer experience AI agents, trusted by brands including Vanguard, ADT, Rocket Mortgage, SiriusXM, Cigna, and Sonos. Prior to Sierra, Reggie held senior leadership roles at Slack and Salesforce, actively supporting and advancing diverse talent across the tech ecosystem.
