Biography

Tiffany Bentham is a Franchise Candidate Manager with McDonald’s U.S. Franchising, where she leads efforts to identify, assess, and develop future owner/operators. Drawing on experience in financial analysis and franchisee health, she combines data-driven decision making with a people-centered approach to strengthen and diversify candidate pipelines. Tiffany is passionate about expanding access to franchise ownership by creating a more transparent and equitable candidate journey. She continuously seeks opportunities to enhance the experience for candidates, from initial outreach and evaluation through qualification and readiness for ownership
